I received a Big Query Timeout Limit error message. What does that mean, and why does it occur?

This error occurs either when a very large query (such as an O/D analysis) is loading for more than six hours, or if the pipeline is very slow to process and the queue of queries causes a timeout. Slower pipeline processing speed may have happened because:

• You are requesting or trying to process too much data.

• There are too many concurrent analyses running globally, and the application does not have enough power to complete the analyses.

• The request submitted is too complex.

If you have this error, try to adjust your search parameters or try again later. If the error continues to occur, contact the Altitude Support team.
