Can I create a zone outside my purchased dataset?

You can create zones outside your purchased dataset, but you cannot use them in analysis. The option to select a zone outside of the purchased dataset will be greyed out when attempting to run an analysis.

However, in Origin/Destination analyses, only one zone of the pair needs to be within your purchased dataset.
