Can I create a zone outside my purchased dataset?

You can create zones outside your purchased dataset, but those zones will be greyed out and unavailable when running an analysis.

You can create zones outside your purchased dataset, but you cannot use them in analysis. The option to select a zone outside of the purchased dataset will be greyed out when attempting to run an analysis.

However, in Origin/Destination analyses, only one zone of the pair needs to be within your purchased dataset.
