Can I run an analysis with an O/D pair outside my purchased dataset, if I have access to another O/D zone pair within the analysis?

An O/D pair can include a zone outside your purchased dataset, but at least one zone in the pair must fall within your licensed area.

An Origin/Destination zone pair must contain at least one zone within the purchased dataset. If you attempt to run an O/D analysis where both zones in a zone pair are outside the purchased database, you will encounter a Cannot Run Analysis message.
