Understand the support options inside Altitude.

The Help tab shows you resources that help you get the most from the platform. Click Help and open the desired document (Altitude User Guide, Altitude API Guide, Altitude Data Dictionary, or Altitude Release Notes).

Providing feedback

We would love to hear your opinion about Altitude.

To provide feedback:
  1. From the Help menu item, click Provide Feedback to open a dialog box that allows you to send feedback to the Altitude team.
  2. On the Feedback dialog, select the modules related to your feedback and add your comments.
  3. Select the checkbox if you allow the team to contact you regarding your feedback, then click Submit.

Contacting Support

Open a ticket with our Support team from the Altitude menu.

To contact Support:
  1. From the Help menu item, click Contact Support to open a dialog box that allows you to send information to Altitude’s Support team.
  2. Add as much detail as possible to inform the team about your issue.
  3. Select the checkbox to include the parameters of your most recent analysis in your message, then click Submit.
